​Membership
Best Quality Luxury Shopping Care Club is an ongoing subscription membership providing exclusive handbag care benefits to active members.
Membership benefits are available only while payments remain current.
Membership Plans
Benefits vary depending on the selected membership tier and are subject to the inclusions listed at the time of purchase.
Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
Membership Term
Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.
Annual member benefits renew on each membership anniversary provided the membership remains active.
Annual Spa Experience
Included Annual Spa Experiences become available after twelve (3) consecutive monthly payments have been successfully completed.
Spa Experiences cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Unused Annual Spa Experiences expire if membership is cancelled.
Additional spa services or repairs outside the included service will incur additional charges.
Priority Service
Priority service provides expedited handling where possible but does not guarantee a specific completion timeframe.
Member Pricing
Member discounts apply only while membership remains active and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Discounts exclude gift cards and selected services unless otherwise specified.
Authentication Valuation
Complimentary authentication and valuation services are limited to those included in your membership tier and may only be redeemed once per membership year unless otherwise stated.
Return Shipping
Complimentary return shipping applies to Australian metropolitan addresses only.
Additional insurance or remote area surcharges may apply.
Members are responsible for shipping their handbag to Best Quality Luxury Shopping unless otherwise advised.
Fair Use
Membership is intended for personal luxury handbag collections only.
Best Quality Luxury Shopping reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where benefits are used excessively, commercially or fraudulently.
Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but unused annual benefits are forfeited upon cancellation unless already redeemed.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Changes
Best Quality Luxury Shopping reserves the right to amend membership pricing or benefits by providing at least 30 days notice.
Founding Members participating in a Lifetime Pricing promotion retain their original membership fee while their membership remains active.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing within these Terms Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
