The outside mimics leather and the inside is a warm lining. let us know if you need pictures. this is oversized! Hi! These measurements are taken with garment laying flat. Pit to pit it measures 17in and as does the bust but it can be stretched to 18in. It is a little difficult to measure the waist and hips as this is meant to be a relaxed silhouette with a very slight nip at the waist but I would approximate the waist is 15in. Length on the shorter side from pit to hem is 36in and on the longer side is 44in long. I would say it fits true to size 4 dress. The material on this dress is so beautifully lustrous and a nice thick quality, pictures don't do it justice!

Measurements taken with garment laid flat (one side of the garment) Size 8: 24in bust, 23in waist/hips. Size 6: 22in bust, 21in waist/hips The dress has an asymmetric hem with the longer side measuring at 44in long and the shorter side measuring 35 in long (measured from armpit to hem) This style of dress is cut mostly in a straight manner, it does taper in just a tiny bit but almost the same measurements from top to bottom width wise.
