Hello! I just measured the waist line, and it is 30". I'm a 27 and it had some room int he back, however, it was fitted in my wider hip area. So it could fit 28 waist, if you're straighter and don't have wider hips/thighs. The inseam is 25.5" and the entire length from eh side (top of waist to bottom) is 36". Hope that helps!
