Hi, on the box there is no US size, only EU size. We have no idea why Replica Belts keep posting it as US size on the website. For this shoe, we still have EU 41.5 and 43.5 left. We do not think 43.5 is US 11.5 though.

They are lined with 100% lamb shearling in black, and Diemme's size chart has size 41 EU equivalent to 8.5 US Men's or a 10 US Women's. This said, we find that they do run almost a full size small. Hope that helps!
