Hi, It's a standard half a size small so if you are a 37.5 or 38, you would wear a 38 or 38.5. The length is the concern, so if you size up for length, I would do the 38.5. If it is for your arch, a 38 would probably be fine. Thank you!

Hi, I ordered these and just got them delivered today. However they soles are scuffed, indicating they’ve been worn, scratched, and have a coffee stain on them. I cannot get a hold of a live person or an email address anywhere on the site to start the process of returning these.
