As a passenger train engineer by day, Steven Dang had a desire to build durable jeans that were good looking, made in the USA, and constructed of the best textiles and hardware he could source. The result was Railcar Fine Goods, a brand that not only met all these provisions but one that has gained international recognition for producing technically challenging jeans that push the capabilities of its vintage industrial equipment as well as its crew of craftsmen in their small workshop in Arcadia, California. The burgeoning brand also produces shirts, jackets, accessories, leather goods, and hair products for men.
