Hi there! Yes I would say the shorts fits true to size. It has an elastic waistband. I think the first model is wearing an S and I believe the second model is wearing an XS but I'm not entirely sure!

Stylein Sibel Dress

Hi there, I’m 5 feet tall, 44 inch hips, and petite on the top (usually small size). I wonder if this dress in the medium would be tight fitting on the bottom and loose on top? Looking for a loose fit on the bottom, but not overly large on top. Your advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
