If you are between a women’s 8-9 US sizing I would generally recommend taking a size 39 as these boots are more narrow, and it is better to have more space as oppose to not enough!

Hello, So the bag is a traditional bucket bag with no pockets on the inside. There is a snap clasp at the top of the bag pinching the opening closed. Hope this helps!
