Packed with lush editorial images, production close ups, and personal writing from the Osei-Duro team, this book is a record of a very special time and place in fashion. Soft and colorful, it evokes the feeling of the print fashion magazines they grew up on, but with an honest and critical flavor. Created in collaboration with Nigerian designer Samuel Sabastine, the book is an intimate visual record and celebration of Osei-Duros relationships, processes, and experiences. It contains writing from both founders, employees, and a model. 96 pages.

Osei-Duro garments are hand dyed and each piece is unique. Please note that print placement and hue may vary. For Indigo pieces, we wash all of our indigo fabrics several times, but please note that our natural indigo pieces will crock. This means for the first few wears you should expect some color loss. This tendency is a sign of authenticity in West Africa, and the blue is considered to have medicinal properties on the skin. If you feel differently, try soaking in vinegar salutation and drying in the sun.
