Letsa Wrap Dress - Waters

The Letsa is a long narrow wrap dress with batwing sleeves and a deep V neckline. This piece has soft pleats and a small cascade detail at the front waist. Ties wrap around the waist and the skirt opens at the side. Weve updated the Letsa with side slits for even more drama and ease of wearing, and a slightly wider waist tie. Hand dyed for maximum dramatics. Waters is an intricately balanced print of organic pink forms, yellow squiggly lines, and floating white lines repeats over a dark green background. Preferably hand wash or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with similar colors. Use a very mild detergent. - Hang to dry. The dye will fade over time from exposure to direct sunlight. - Iron (inside out) on a low heat setting or steam to get rid of wrinkles. - Think twice before you wash - could you get another wear in before washing? Is it really time? - If in doubt, dry clean. For Indigo pieces, we wash all of our indigo fabrics several times, but please note that our natural indigo pieces will crock. This means for the first few wears you should expect some color loss. This tendency is a sign of authenticity in West Africa, and the blue is considered to have medicinal properties on the skin. If you feel differently, try soaking in vinegar salutation and drying in the sun.
