Hi! It's a 38... You would probably be a 39 (9 on the site).... I am an 8 and have the 38- (though I'm closer to a 7.5 than an 8.5). If you need room in the width, you're probably ok, but if you need it in the length you may find the "8" a bit snug. I hope that helps! We have the pink available :)
