Cheese Indigo Heavy Flannel Work Shirt

This work shirt is made from an original cheese indigo heavy flannel fabric with a 2/2 twill weave. The flannel fabric is a heavy flannel check that combines thick indigo cheese-dyed yarn with a special reactive-dyed yarn color. The color will fade while still remaining the same color overall. The shirt is designed with work elements and, taking into consideration years of wear, the stitching is sturdy with triple-stitched rolled seams. Cheese indigo dyeing is a type of indigo dyeing that involves wrapping the thread in a cheese shape and then dyeing it, hence the name. Like hank dyeing, it dyes all the way to the core of the thread so it fades more slowly than denim.
