Boucles Summer of Love Earrings

A playful interpretation of the flower, these original earrings nod to the floral patterns of the 1960s printed on fabric. They are also inspired by a childhood memory of a floral mobile. These textured earrings combine textile, wood, and metals. They feature rare hand-dyed vintage lace forming the flower petals, a large vintage wooden bead at the center, and brass elements that make the flower stand upright. This front-back style includes a pendant attached to the post, creating a shape that opens the flower to the front and sides. Available in our hand-dyed finishes in a variety of nature-inspired colors. Supplied with hypoallergenic gold-plated brass ear posts and stainless steel balls. The pendant is attached to a disc worn behind the ear on the post. Butterfly backs hold the disc in place. Measures approximately 7.5 cm long by 5.5 cm wide. Each earring weighs about 6.5 grams (13 grams per pair). Limited edition due to the vintage and exotic origin of the materials. Handmade to order in our Montreal studio.
