Apologies for the delayed response. The shoulder hem measures 4 inches, and the distance from the shoulder to the underarm is 9 inches.

The measurement from the front crew neckline to the bottom length is 20 inches, while from the back of the neckline to the bottom length is 22 inches. The width measured from the bottom of the underarm is 19 inches, and the chest width is 14 inches. I hope this helps!
