Hi! The pants measure from 11 (not stretched)-15 (stretched) across the waist. Since this is an elastic waistband with a drawstring, its quite adjustable! That being said, if youre in between sizes, I do recommend sizing up since these can be tied tighter if needed. These run a bit on the small side on the waist.
