The Phoebe Dress is a shirt dress with side pockets that is cut to fall right above the knee. The Phoebe features half sleeves that hit almost at the below and a waist with an adjustable drawstring to make as tight or as loose as you please! We love the visible stitching accentuating the "denim" look of this dress despite it being made from an ultra-light cotton fabric making it very comfortable to wear! We love a little pop of red against the vibrancy of this blue; consider a red sock and white kicks to complete the look! Please note that this item is currently a pre-order.
