Hi there, we've taken measurements for you of the 3 & 4, all measurements are taken while the garment is laid flat: 3: Waist: 14.5-16" (un-stretched - stretched) Rise: 12.5" Thigh: 13.5" Inseam: 10" Hem: 11.75" 4: Waist: 15.5-17" Rise: 12.75" Thigh: 14" Inseam: 10.5" Hem: 12.5" I would recommend measuring your waist as that is the biggest difference between sizes, and then making a decision based on that.
