Marlinspike Dress

Special Notes: This item is part of our Studio Sale event and is lightly damaged. There is a hole in the fabric (but not the lining) on the front bust. Marlinspike has an easy-to-wear empire waist silhouette and square neck. Its the first time this Swamp-Angel-inspired silhouette has been offered in solid colours, and the vibrant hues set off the lines of this dress beautifully. Marlinspike is fully lined in cotton voile, and both the exterior and lining are OEKO-TEX certified cottons. The dress measures approximately 35" (XS) to 37" (2X) from shoulder to hem, has pockets hidden in the side seams, and closes with a back invisible zipper. This dress can be hand or machine washed on a cold delicate cycle and hung to dry. Marie is 5'1" and wears size 2X. Everything at Birds of North America is vegan and made ethically in Canada, with a strong focus on sustainability and creating high-quality garments that last a long time.
