I recently bought an apunto b jacket in the same size. I'm seeing the note to buy one size up, but unsure if that applies to apunto b jackets generally, or to this particular jacketand I see I can't return it if it doesn't fit. Is there any chance of getting measurements, or something I could use to compare to the size small jacket I recently purchased?

great question! this jacket runs a bit smaller compared to their other jackets. For a size small, the measurement from shoulder seam to shoulder seam is roughly 15 in. For a size extra small its roughly 14 inches from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
