Valle Pom Pom Cushion

Every Andes cushion is a unique piece, meticulously crafted by a small community located in remote Argentina. The methods used in producing these cushions encompass numerous stages deeply rooted in Argentine heritage, from wool combings and washing to spinning, pom pom crafting, and the intricate weaving of the cushions. Each phase is made with care and dedication. The circular cushions are woven by artisans using a circular loom, while the square cushions are created through a weaving technique that intertwines yarns in a cross pattern. Size: 30 cm. Colour: Light grey. Fibre: Argentinian sheeps wool (100% natural virgin wool). Designed and made in Argentina. Our process: In the vast, open plains of the Pampas in Argentina, sheep graze freely in their herds. The wool used for these cushions is directly sourced from local shepherd families at fair prices. The shearing process is carried out manually, and mulesing is never practiced. Care instructions: To maintain the quality of your cushion, hand wash with cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Professional, gentle dry cleaning is also an option. Please note: These cushions are crafted from 100% natural virgin wool. While every effort is made to represent the true colour of this fibre, wool, being an unprocessed material, may exhibit minor variations in colour gradation and tone.
