A sheer statement shirt in iridescent silk chiffon, featuring dropped shoulder seam ruffles, billowing sleeves with drawstring cuffs and buttons front. This fabric is light as a feather, drapes beautifully and changes colour as it catches the light. Made with love in Redfern, Sydney from 100% deadstock silk chiffon. Designed and made to last. Deadstock refers to fabric leftover from larger-scale designers that is sold on when the previous designer is no longer producing those garments. By sourcing this leftover fabric, I am bypassing the traditional textile manufacturing supply chain - using up what already exists rather than ordering brand new fabric to be produced. It is the 'one man's trash' of the fashion supply chain. This means that each fabric has a limited quantity - sometimes only enough to make a couple of shirts. As a small independent label, this allows me to create limited runs of pieces in beautiful, sustainably-sourced fabrics that would otherwise potentially end up in landfill. Care instructions: Please take special care of this garment to ensure long life. Dry-clean only.

Hi Maryam, thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to make up a size 6 by late November, but I do have a size 8 available that I could send out today. It's Australian sizing, so size 8 = SMALL. It is designed to be a relaxed fit, slightly oversized shirt - it drapes really beautifully and as it's sheer it never looks too boxy if it's too big - so going up a size will look great. Measurements of the size 8 / small are approximately: 42cm across front shoulders, 52cm length from front neck down the centre. Let me know if you have any further questions, thank you!
