This 100% vegetable-tanned Vachetta leather bag is intentionally unlined and secured with a top clip closure. Crafted with skill by two artisans in the Arrhe Studio workshop in Fano, Italy. ARRHE is a studio and craft workshop founded by Alessandro Conti and Francesca Tiberi in the historic center of Fano, Italy. Using the founders' background in fine art and architecture, ARRHE explores leather's potential through sculpture, engraving, and architectural shapes. The ethic behind their product line is respect for the nature of the raw material, without unnecessary interventions to modify it. Their products are hand-crafted entirely inside their workshop using certified vegetable-tanned Vachetta leather, known for its natural, almost untreated finish and soft, buttery feel. Made completely from organic material, the products are plastic-free and do not use metals or chemical additives, making them sustainable and circular. Care The leather is subject to change over time and aging, due to natural elements like sun and water, which results in a beautiful patina. Be mindful of where you place your bag; clean areas out of direct sunlight are best. Do not use any leather cleaners or conditioners that contain lanolin. Instead, use a wax-free leather conditioner to prevent it from drying out. When not in use, store your leather bag in a box or cotton dust bag, not in plastic, as leather needs to breathe.
