Casiornis Dress - Nightfall

Casiornis is a lovely A-line dress with patch pockets. It has generous, elbow length sleeves that gather into a cuff, and a button-front closure. Casiornis is fully lined in soft satin, and can be hand or machine washed on a cold, delicate cycle and hung to dry. The exterior is made of 100% cotton, and the lining is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. It is available in three gorgeous cotton prints including Triffids, The Pears of Wrath, and this beauty, Nightfall! Erika is 5' and wears our size XS, and Hayley is 5'7" and wears our S. Casiornis fits true to our size chart, which you can see here. It is cut to graze the body with a bit of room, not to hug it, so it's normal for the dress measurements to be quite a bit larger than your body measurements. This dress doesn't have any stretch. The length of the sleeve from the top of the shoulder to the sleeve hem ranges from 18" in the XS, to 19" in the 3X. Finished measurements of the dress bust/hip followed by shoulder-to-hem-length (in brackets), in inches, are as follows: XS - 38/43 (35) S - 40/45 (35.5) M - 42/47 (36) L - 44/49 (36.5) XL - 46/51 (37) 2X - 49/54 (37.5) 3X - 52/57 (37.5) Everything at Birds of North America is vegan and has been made ethically in Canada since we began in 2007.
