A timeless shirt dress crafted from 100% cotton using traditional kasezome indigo dyeing. Each thread is hand-dyed, creating distinctive vertical striations and an uneven texture that deepens with wear and washing. The fabric, woven on a power loom, features a signature red selvage and a soft, plump hand. A compact collar ensures easy layering, while voluminous tucks at the back and a gently rounded bottleneck silhouette add subtle dimension. Simple enough for everyday wear, refined enough for any occasionwhether styled alone or layered. The indigo will naturally fade from deep blue to lighter tones with each wearing and wash, revealing the unique character of the fabric. Hand wash separately to preserve color. 100% cotton. Made in Japan. Size S: Length 118cm / Width 65cm / Shoulder 44cm / Sleeve length 56.5cm Size M: Length 123cm / Width 68cm / Shoulder 46cm / Sleeve length 58cm Model height 164cm, wearing size M. Precautions: This product is made with indigo-dyed material, so the color will fade from dark blue to light blue with repeated wearing and washing. Avoid wearing it with white or light-colored items or layering it with other items as the color may transfer. Please wash it alone as the color may fade during washing. Store it away from light. If left folded, the creases may fade.
