The fabrics and dyes used in his creations are almost entirely natural, with Japanese vintage fabrics and traditional handwoven textiles from Taiwan's indigenous tribes honouring traditional artisanal techniques passed down through generations as seen with Daitote Large Glazed Matt Brown. Chiahung Sus recent opening of a pottery atelier in early 2024 marks a new chapter in his creative evolution, blending the tactile artistry of clay with his fashion design practice. This fusion is most evident in his debut collectsion of handmade ceramic perfume bottles and ceramic buttons, all crafted in his atelier. The introduction of pottery-based perfumes highlights Sus versatility as an artist and his dedication to elevating every facet of his designsfrom garments to the olfactory experience.
