The Cece dress has two gathered tiers that suspend from delicate spaghetti straps. Its fully lined with a silk-like rayon lining to make sure it doesnt stick to anything you wear under it. We love this layered with meshies, rib turtlenecks, and merino ones too. Its also available in gold daisy. - Black textured Italian made jacquard, 65% Polyester, 18% metallic, 17% polyamide - Lining is 100% Rayon Bemberg - Made in Canada - Slips on over-head and the ties can be adjusted to suit the length you want to wear it.
