Hello - The item was also pictured in a carmel color, and that's the one I thought was "Khaki". I honestly didn't see the off-white and wouldn't have guessed that was "khaki" anyway. I guess that carmel was a color you didn't sell? If there is no way to return, could I exchange for any other color? Happy to pay shipping. I am sympathetic to the principle of final sale, but this just wasn't what I thought I was ordering at all. Thank you!

Looking through the folder of expired images attached to that style, the only images available were khaki, slate, and black. I apologize if you were confused about the color, but the photo that was in the listing is the off white tone and there was never another neutral tone pictured and the sale will be final.
