A tape stretched across the bust flat on the front measures 29", so I would estimate 59". I am measuring the size medium, which we have in stock. We are sold out of the small. Let us know if you'd like additional information!

Hi and thank you for your question. We are actually sold out of this blue color way but have it in a grey flannel (small), white poplin (small) and natural linen (small and medium). The size small measures 28 and the medium is 29 measured laying flat. As far as this style going on sale we generally dont because its a style that sells well for us and they dont last long.
