hello, a US 4-6 is a UK 8-10. The dress is quite flexible, it is also quite long. If you are not over 5'8 and do not have a large bust I would recammend the 0, if you are taller then a size 1. As said, it's quite flexible, I would go down rather than up. Please feel free to ask as as many questions as you like!

Good evening, I assume you mean a US4-6? I would suggest a size 1. The dress is quiet flexible and you can drawer the neck in, if you are short and have a small bust then a size 0 would also work. x
