In Pangcah, "koleto^" refers to shoulang yam, rich in tannins and gum, traditionally used to dye fibers like fishing nets and cloth, making them stronger and more durable. Its color deepens with sunlight and use, gaining a luster that mirrors the passage of time. The triangle bags, dyed with plants, have a natural, earthy texture. In the Kamaroan Hualien Atelier, colors are slowly built up, waiting for the fire and the sun. Natural-dyed bags may exhibit uneven coloring or spots. *Color may fade slightly with friction or water exposure, like denim. *The leather handle is removable; gently wash the fabric bag with water.
