The Scout Bag from Kate Sheridan is a utilitarian-inspired double flap crossbody bag for all your everyday belongings. It features a lower pocket with a built-in gusset, and both flaps close with a secure popper fastening. Made from soft Italian vegetable tanned leather with silver coloured brass hardware, and a black leather cord shoulder strap. - Length 20cm x Width 2.3cm x Height 15cm - Black Leather cord shoulder strap - Strap length: 92cm - Italian vegetable tanned leather in citrus yellow - Unlined natural finish inside - Popper closures - Italian brass fittings - Made In England CARE This is made from vegetable tanned leather, a natural material that will age with time and wear to create a beautiful patina. This is due to the natural process of dying using plant-based tannins, rather than harmful chemicals. Lighter and brighter colours will darken slightly as a part of this process. Please note darker colours may transfer onto light colours. Vegetable tanned leather is full of character and depending on which part of the skin a bag is cut from, each one will be slightly different in texture, and beautifully unique. Kate Sheridan recommends keeping your bag looking fresh by occasionally treating it with leather food, to moisturise and protect.
