This dress is very sheer and thus, very fun to style. If youre wanting to keep it simple, you can layer it with a strapless slip dress. I would wear it with my favorite bra and biker shorts if I didnt have anyone to offend ;) Throw a cardigan or a light jacket for a bit more modesty
