Holly is 5'10" wearing a size XS ABOUT KOWTOW Founded in New Zealand, Kowtow is a contemporary womenswear entirely committed to fair trade production, and designs with longevity in mind. Kowtow's garments are made in a transparent supply chain, which works with fair trade certified farmers and manufacturers from seed to garment with organic, renewable, and biodegradable fibers. Founder, Gosia Piatek, aims to bring innovation, preservation, restoration, and circularity to the clothing industry. All of Kowtows cotton is organically farmed and free from chemical sprays and genetically modified seeds to benefit the soil and farmers. The label uses only sustainably sourced trims and buttons made from recycled hemp as well as prints and fabrics by GOTS approved inks and dyes, free from chlorine bleach, toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde and aromatic solvents. Since Kowtows inception in 2006, they have only ever worked with two manufacturers in India, both SA8000 certified. SA8000 helps ensure the workers at their production facilities receive guaranteed minimum wage, benefits, workers union and a safe working environment.
