Hello! For sure. Medium- Bust 16" flat so 32" around Shoulder 15" flat Large- Bust 17" flat so 34" around Shoulder 15.5" It's a rib fabric so there is tons of stretch. Large stretches to about 20" flat, so 40" around and medium stretches to 19" flat. Hope this helps!

HI! Sorry about the delay. The length from the shoulder seam to the hem is 24". Shoulder to shoulder seam is 15" but the t-shirt is a very stretchy fabric.
