These 940 million year old stones come from the region of St-lie-de-Caxton in Quebec, Canada! Stones: Each stone is made of dark granulite extracted and cut by hand in Quebec. This deep black, crystalline stone is enhanced by inclusions of translucent dark green hornblende as well as coppery sparkles. Color and appearance of wood and stones may vary. Wood Display: The walnut presentation base is made in Quebec from wood scraps from the flooring industry. The wood is treated with an odorless oil of food grade in order to protect the wood and underline the nobility of the essence. Each object is unique. The images give a good idea of the one youll receive. The making of these items them all unique. This is why color, gradients, motives and format can vary from one to another. Put the whiskey stones in the freezer at least 30 minutes before using them to cool them. Gently place 2 to 3 stones in the bottom of your favorite spirits glass.
