Here are measurements for the Coal Coat in size 4Y: Length (shoulder to hem): 19.25" Bust (circumference): 26.5" Waist (circumference): 26.5" Sleeve length (unrolled, shoulder to cuff): 11.75" Sleeve opening (circumference): 11" Please note that the sleeves in the product image have been folded to show the cream lining. When the sleeves are not rolled up, the cream lining does not show. The sleeve measurement above is for the full length of the sleeve when unrolled.
