Peaceful Dove: Crafted by Congolese refugees living in Kenya. This dove, a symbol of peace, is carved from locally sourced jacaranda wood. The skillful, freehand woodworking technique used to make this little bird is passed down from one generation to the next. Beaming Rings: Crafted by Rohingya refugees living in India. Three rings wrapped with cotton thread in a radiant ombr effect are inspired by the bangles worn by Rohingya women for festive occasions.
