Arnold Circus Stool

The Arnold Circus Stool was designed in 2006 by Martino Gamper as part of a regeneration project of the Arnold Circus area in Shoreditch, London. These rotation-molded, polyethylene plastic stools are used as the official seating for all annual events held at Arnold Circus, which include picnics, brass band concerts, and board game tournaments. Martino is famous for his 100 Chairs in 100 Ways in 100 Days project, where he playfully and skillfully altered and re-crafted beautiful new designs from abandoned chairs. This collectsion of US-made stools is manufactured in Los Angeles using recycled plastics. These stackable stools can also be used for storage, as trash cans, or even as planters.
