Use one swipe per armpit - this deodorant is strong and effective and should not be over-applied. Not for sensitive skin. Each 2.1 oz (60 gram) full-size tube should last one person 6 to 12 months with regular use. Extra strength formula: This concentrated deodorant is strong and effective. Use only one light swipe per armpit. Not recommended for sensitive skin. Transition period from aluminum deodorant: When switching away from aluminum-based antiperspirants, you might experience a detox effect for a few days to a couple weeks. During this period, you may be more stinky and sweaty as your body rids itself of buildup from antiperspirant use. Reapply as needed during this time by first wiping the area dry, then using one or two light swipes to refresh your protection.
