an EU 41.5 - 42 would fit a UK 7-7.5 - With that said we recommend sizing down about 1.5 - 2 sizes in most styles of paraboot. For instance i wear a Mens 9 US and i wear a 7 or 7.5 US in paraboot. Thank you
