This sleeveless dress is inspired by the pointe technique, in which dancers stand on their tiptoes in pointe shoes. The shoulder straps hang diagonally when worn, creating a beautiful silhouette. It is characterized by the striking difference in its look between when it is worn and laid flat. Pleats Please pieces are lightweight, easy to layer, anti-static, and never wrinkle. Made in Japan. Each Pleats Please garment fits standard sizes 0-18. Select your size based on length: Pleats Please garments have a unique size scale that is based on the garment length. Due to the garment pleating technique which provides great stretch and comfort, there is only a minor change in the garment width between sizes and you should select your size based on length only. On average, the difference in length between sizes is approximately 1-2" in length and slight variations in arm hole openings.
