Hello!! Alright in the order you sent over All are flat measurement's ! - Shoulder to waist (i did it to the smallest part) 13" - Waist to bottom hem 35" - Inseam 31.5 (to seam across waist) - Ptp 16" - Shoulders 15" - Waist (smallest part) 14" Hips 16" Let me know if that works!!

Wow, thanks a lot! Many of those measurements might work, depending on how stretchy the fabric is. I don't understand this one: "Inseam 31.5 (to seam across waist)". I thought the inseam is from the crotch to the hem! Not sure what "to seam across waist" means in this context. Is the hip measurement you gave flat across at the level of the crotch or just above, kind of where one's butt would stick out in the back? That usually seems to be the widest spot in most pants.
