hi! yes! C is correct. size C fits US 10 to 14. the size CC will be approx 2 1/2" shorter in length and 1" shorter in the rise. our height/weight chart is more accurate than the US size conversions as there is so much discrepancy across brands. if you lmk your height and weight i can give you a better rec. ie. C vs. D. since size 14 is on the border. ....
