Salt Grass is an ethical metalsmith company based out of Portland, ME & Santa Fe, New Mexico, that uses use recycled metals for all of their silver and gold pieces. Designer Kristi F. is an intuitive abstract artist who creates jewelry with distinctive silhouettes. Each piece begins with her childhood memory spent in Santa Fe, NM - an unusual rock formation, distant horizons, the smell of crushed soft clay dirt. These memories are morphed, shifted by frothy oceans, verdant summers and the flora of her home in coastal Maine.
