This relaxing, well-designed wrap is filled only with all-natural lentils and can be applied warm or cold. From start to finish, this Slow North neck wrap is designed with your wellbeing in mind by a local artisan striving daily to manage chronic pain (formerly Ardent Hands). Were proud to use natural cotton & linen fibers and natural, unscented lentils as the filler for this therapy pack. This neck wrap is handmade in our Austin, TX studio with love. FOR HEAT THERAPY: fold the compress in half and place in the microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Always test the temperature of your wrap before applying to your skin.
