Handmade pottery created exclusively for Phosphene by Candice of Some Ceramics. This vase is made of a natural white clay body with exterior textured to emulate tree bark. The interior has clear glaze - ready to be filled with your favorite florals. Measures ~ 5" high and 4" at it's most wide. Candice Aquino, founder of Some Ceramics, was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and has been living in the US since 2004. After years being part of Choplets ceramic community in Brooklyn, she took the opportunity to start her own studio in Jersey City. She is attracted to forms and textures that bare its vulnerabilities with crude restraint.
