Sure I just measured the size S for you. The side neck to hem (total length) is 47 inches. The bust 17 inches (although this is a wrap style so the bust and waist can be made smaller/larger easily). Outer sleeve length is 18.5 inches - but the sleeve is a little blouson and has an elasticated cuff so it's moveable. All of these measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Hope this helps.
