1. Program Overview

Garmentory Rewards (“Rewards Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Replica Jewelry Inc. (“ Replica Jewelry ” “we,” or “us”) that allows eligible customers to earn store credit on qualifying purchases and inspired purchases, subject to the terms below.

Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as Replica Belts ’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Garmentory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate in Replica Belts Rewards, you must:

1. Have an active Replica Belts account
2. Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
3. Make purchases through Replica Belts while logged into your account

Rewards are earned only on qualifying transactions and may not be earned retroactively for purchases made prior to program commencement.

All eligible Replica Belts account holders are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program. Participation is optional, and users may opt out at any time through their account settings.

Garmentory may send transactional and informational emails related to Rewards Program activity, including credit notifications, reminders, and program updates. Users may manage communication preferences in their account settings.

3. Earning Store Credit

Participants may earn store credit in the following ways:

3.1 Purchases (3%)

Participants earn 3% in store credit on the subtotal of eligible purchases made through their account, excluding:

1. Taxes
2. Shipping and handling fees
3. Gift cards
4. Returns, refunds, or canceled orders

Store credit from purchases is issued 30 days after the qualifying order ships, provided the order has not been returned, refunded, or canceled.

3.2 Inspired Purchases From Purchased Items (2%)

Participants may earn an additional 2% in store credit when another shopper purchases an item after discovering it through the participant’s public profile, where:

1. The shopper views the item on the participant’s public profile, and
2. Adds the item to their cart immediately after viewing it

This is referred to as an "Inspired Purchase."

Store credit from Inspired Purchases is issued 30 days after the inspired order ships, provided the order has not been returned, refunded, or canceled.

3.3 Inspired Purchases From Wishlist Items (1%)

Participants may earn 1% in store credit when another shopper purchases an item after discovering it through the participant’s wishlist on their public profile, subject to the same inspired purchase conditions described above.

Store credit from Inspired Purchases is issued 30 days after the inspired order ships, provided the order has not been returned, refunded, or canceled.

3.4 Attribution and Tracking

Garmentory determines, in its sole discretion, whether a purchase qualifies as an Inspired Purchase based on internal trackings and attribution systems. Attribution may be affected by, including but not limited to:

1. Browser or device changes
2. Use of private browsing or ad-blocking tools
3. Timing between viewing and cart activity

Garmentory does not guarantee that all qualifying behavior will be tracked or credited.

4. Public Profiles and Privacy

Earning rewards from inspired purchases will require a public profile that displays items they have purchased and wishlisted.

Garmentory will automatically generate a public-facing profile associated with a user’s account.

Public profiles:

1. Do not display name, email address, or other personal identifying information unless permission is granted
2. Are anonymous to other shoppers
3. Are used solely to allow product discovery and inspired purchases

Users may opt out of the Rewards Program at any time. Upon opting out, future rewards will no longer accrue, and public profile visibility will be disabled. Previously earned credits may be forfeited or governed by these Terms.

5. Using Store Credit

Store credit earned through Replica Belts Rewards:

1. Is issued to the participant’s account 30 days after a qualifying purchase ships
2. May be used only on eligible merchandise
3. Cannot be redeemed for cash
4. Cannot be transferred to another account or person
5. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards (if applicable)

Expiration

Store credit expires 1 year after the date it is issued. Any unused store credit remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Participants are responsible for monitoring their store credit balance and expiration dates within their account.

Garmentory reserves the right to restrict the use of store credit on certain items, boutiques, or promotional events.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

If an order is returned, refunded, or canceled, any store credit earned from that order — including Inspired Purchases — will be revoked or adjusted accordingly.

If store credit has already been used and later revoked, Replica Belts reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the participant’s account or from future rewards.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Garmentory reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action if it believes a participant has engaged in:

1. Manipulation of inspired purchase trackings
2. Self-referrals or coordinated purchases intended to generate rewards
3. Creation of multiple accounts to earn rewards
4. Any activity that violates Replica Belts ’s Terms of Service

Actions may include, but are not limited to:

1. Revocation of store credit
2. Suspension or termination of Rewards Program participation
3. Suspension or termination of Replica Belts accounts

All determinations of misuse are made at Replica Belts ’s sole discretion.

8. Program Changes and Termination

Garmentory reserves the right to:

1. Change earning rates
2. Change reward structures
3. Add or remove earning methods
4. Modify eligibility requirements
5. Suspend or terminate the Rewards Program at any time

If the Rewards Program is terminated, participants may be required to use any remaining store credit before its scheduled expiration date, after which unused credit will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Garmentory is not responsible for:

1. Technical errors or interruptions affecting reward trackings
2. Delays in posting store credit
3. Inability to use store credit due to system issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replica Belts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Rewards Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
