I was born in California, but I grew up in Washington. I usually like to mix classic or vintage pieces with trendy ones. Throughout the last few years, I’ve been eyeing brands like Paloma Wool and Dauphinette, both of which have a lot of statement pieces that I’d love to include in my outfits. My style is continuously changing—I’m a different person every day. Some days I want to wear an oversized coat with a top and jeans, other days I want to dress really feminine or preppy. I find pastels and neutrals mesmerizing.
Recently, I’ve been revisiting shows and movies for style inspiration such as Twin Peaks, Heathers, and some of Wes Anderson's films (I watched The French Dispatch and I loved it). Fashion icons like Alexa Chung, Jane Birkin, and Marianne Faithfull have really taught me how to dress, and I also find inspiration from designers like Samantha Pleet. Tights are my favorite accessory and for shoes. I alternate between my sneakers (Veja or Superga) and any type of shoe that gives me a little height, like my chunky loafers or my new Repetto ballerina pumps.
