oh great, thank you. I'm 5'9" so having sleeves long enough is important in sizing for me. I was thinking I'd be a size S but maybe an xs in this.

This brand runs big so I would say xs would be perfect. The sleeves are quite long if you don’t roll them.

Hello, The flat lay measurement at the waist is 21". It does have an elastic drawstring that can be adjusted to be tighter.
